To discover in a more qualitative and information rich way what women want in future mobile phones, we designed and facilitated five days of task-based workshops for creative professionals in Bangkok, Thailand. Each day we had six different women of varying disciplines, found by our host the Thailand Creative and Design Center.
The workshops, as well as consumer seminars, were recorded in full. The footage was reviewed in detail and edited. and then, along with additional market research insights and discoveries compiled into mini slideshows, presented in an intranet-only interactive site.
